REFUND POLICY FOR IGLOO
- Full refund of Booking amount in case there is not enough snow to make the Igloos. we’ll inform you in advance.
- Full refund of Booking amount in case we could not move to Igloo Site from our Base Camp owing to blockade of road due to heavy snowfall.
- 50% refund of Booking amount if cancellation is done fifteen days prior to the stay date in the Igloo (transaction charges will be deducted for Bank transfers).
- No refund of Booking amount will be made if cancellation is received less than one week of stay date in the Igloo Camp.
NOTE: Processing fees of 3% would be charged for the refund.
REFUND POLICY FOR PROPERTIES ( Except Igloo)
- If cancellations are made 15 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellations are made 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases, operators will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
- Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
